Newcastle based producer/DJ Hyphen is best known for his bumpy house/garage productions which, alongside being Co-Founder and owner of Profound Sound, has cemented himself as an upcoming name in the scene. Hyphen’s tunes have also gained traction among some of UKG/House’s biggest names, garnering support from the likes of Main Phase, Izco, DJ EZ, Interplanetary Criminal, Silva Bumpa, Dr Dubplate, Julian Anthony and more. His productions have led him to landing label releases with ATW Records, FLAT 22, God Gives Recs, Underground Sound and of course Profound Sound, with some exciting forthcoming releases on labels such as EC2A on the way. Over the last 2 years Hyphen has supported figurehead DJs such as Interplanetary Criminal at Big Fat Rave as well as Conducta, Bakey, Oldboy, YUQT, Scruz, Silva Bumpa & Skeptic at his collectives’ own events.
