The movie "A Beautiful Mind" shows how John Nash proved with math that doing the best thing for yourself AND the rest of the players was the most optimal move. Not the prisoners delima, but seeing outside the board or the game. The infinite game as Simon Sinek likes to talk about. With that in mind, the best thing in any organization is to treat everyone like they matter as written by the late St. Louis CEO Bob Chapman. Make the work safe and satisfying for the people. Use the growth model of motivation. Still though, if we can pay people with sats for a job well done, lets do that. Thanks for showing up in person to share this conversation! I think its better to keep your value in sats than mills (smallest unit of united states currency) but Ill still hold some of all if I can.
