No video for me. I prefer audio because it allows me to think critically about what is being said. Video requires more sensory input which takes note brain power. Plus I listen in during the commute the most anyway so video is not feasible anyway

I would lean toward not using video, as it doesn’t fit my listening habits. But I wouldn’t shame any effort in that direction.
-
Chris, the content is great, and so valuable, please keep doing it.

here's to your hourly rate

Australia getting between its largest trading partner and its primary leverage tool against its greatest adversary. What could go wrong! And the agreement was a handshake? Who's left holding the bag if China pivots... The least you cobbers could do is check out a band of Aussie plebs stacking sats on Fountain before the warships arrive. Checkout Social Hijack. Not mad at you, Chris. Keep up the great work!

Our buddy Andrew knows all about bitcoin. He's the heel, and Joe is the babyface for our wrestling fans out there. A video on Primal and zap.stream, youtube and rumble would be great!
-
No video necessary- there's already plenty of quality content here to digest
-
Video would be a nice option but not necessary in my opinion
-
-
+1 for audio only. Thanks for the value.
-
I love video for technical tutorials but prefer audio for news and interviews. How about some detailed video content on a technical topic, perhaps available as bonus content? Video content would involve more effort for you, so putting that effort towards evergreen technical content would mean it sticks around longer. Thanks for the in depth content and the research you put into every show. (+1 vote for the Alby hub…

Another great episode! As a truck driver, audio is king for me but I'm sure a video format would be nice especially for the charts/clips. Keep up the good work sir.
-
The Podfather would be disappointed in the suggestion of adding video. Shame shame. No video for me, personally
-
I listen to podcast while I'm doing other things. Zero interest in video.

Just set up my Knots node on my true as server. What can you tell me about privacy best practices with running a node? I've had a node before on umbrel but gave up after a hard drive failure. Luckily nothing was lost. That is for the insight. No need for video here, always just listen to the show while at work. Some graphs maybe on nostr might be valuable tho.

I vote for an audio format podcast. Video is HUGE data-wise. I download my queue of podcast content daily to the local storage on my #GrapheneOS phone. In this usage model I can stream content without a data connection, I never worry about storage, and my phone can stay in the cab of my truck while I walk around with bluetooth headphones enjoying TWIB and working at the same time! Thanks for producing the best podca…
-
Probably a silly question, but if you run a node, say on a Lenovo running windows 11, do you have to keep said node running all the time? Thanks for the value!
-
Re video, it's great when there are visuals that help convey information. But as soon as people do that the audio version suffers and I tend to switch to the video version only. Is there some way to stream sats while watching the link to the video feed?

I've been enjoying the balance of the show recently, keep up the good work!

I have ADHD and use podcasts and audiobooks to help me focus at work, video just distracts me and so I never use it. That being said if others would like video I'd have no issue with it so long as you remain an audio first show. I've given up on a few long time listens due to the hosts moving to a video first mindset and making the audio a waste of time to listen to, I'd hate to see that happen to TWIB. tl;dr: Video…

Hi Chrislas i can't keep up with video, it's concentration heavy and distracting, clips would be more interesting maybe at ticktock, shorts length. More as promo or sharing. Thank you for all you do, just my take.
-
We can’t have you being under compensated for TWIB… surely, of all people, the listeners of a #bitcoin #podcast can figure out how to use the #lightning network to show their appreciation for what you do. If anyone wants help figuring this out, hit me up: - Mastodon: @[email protected] - Nostr: npub1mwsk3ly4lk7efdqqjm62dkc699kqapwyyvdley3xljjm0lxruh9qzvu46p

Thank you sir

No need for video. I feel the need for video mostly comes from the want/need to put something on YouTube. Audio is more useful and when you listen and you pick up more details in how things are said.
-
I prefer audio, I’m never watching podcasts. But I have definitely clicked on those short video clips. So if you do video, be sure to make some shorts out of them.
