100 I think the next american civil war will be decleared after its over.
Buy that i mean it wouldnt be recognized as such whilst its happening. It will probably look more like the spanish civil war and Northern Ireland blended together.

@npub14mcddvsjs… i doubt carl will see this, but he needs to set up a givesendgo to raise the funds to buy the mechanics institute. Then set up an apprenticeship scheme to restore the building using the old skills that built it. Im sure he'll find old gentleman that would be willing to be teach and share skills. And the young people would have something to be hopefull for. I'd run it as a private health clinc similar to the ones you have in bedford, add a cafe to that and a small gym. Keep the history and tradition of the building alive.
