We normally don’t think about a corporation having property rights, but what else is happening when the agent of a corporation calls the police to report the breaking and entering of one of its buildings? The police are there to report and potentially stop a crime, that of the impedance on the property rights of the corporation. That isn’t just law & order, but the evidence of personhood. Note: Municipalities love bringing in more corporations vs more people in dwellings.. It is more money in taxes with less police enforcement. A corporation cannot beat its spouse and children, but it can write a check for property taxes.

LEGAL LOBSTER PERSON SERIES 2/? Alright, but what is a legal person? We can all explain what a natural person is (I hope). Anything in the Homo genus is considered a human (where the name comes from) and considered a person. Well, a legal person would be any type of corporation. Alright, I’m suspicious.
