Canada/Québec Not only Hydro-Quebec refused to adopt Bitcoin mining well before 2020.. they had a serious lack of maintenance, now they curtail production to make urgent maintenance.. We have cheap power, and it is not used.. So many water have flowed without producing energy, it's really sad.. Québec could have become one of the most whealty region.. Now it's became political if we produce to export or not.. QC is so dumb and stupid..
