If you are a pilot, or just want to be entertained by pilots these guys are great. Great advice, funny stories, they have faked it so long they've finally made it! They also shout out @npub1sk7mtp67z… as a go to podcast.

Great rant by Giacomo! Everyone who has a position on BIP-110 should listen (both sides) personally I agree with 99.99% of what he said, but I'm supportive of BIP-110 for the sake of reminding the Core devs they don't decide what Bitcoin is and does. I look forward to competing node software fighting for market share by providing a stable product that is most aligned with users desires.

Great episode, I absolutely agree with privacy as default tools are badly needed in Bitcoin. We must advance the UX to bring more people onto self custody Bitcoin in a easy and safe way. Those tools with great UX will win and if they are private by default Bitcoin will fulfill its promise. Short of that it's looking like just another asset like paper gold in a brokerage account.

Monarchy's: I feel like you guys arrived at where I generally fall. They can work in small kingdoms with good monarchs but generally are bad news. Many Kings will thing long term: like "how can I extract maximum power and money from my people in the long term." Long term thinking isn't always better. It's finding the appropriate priority between long-term and short-term that is needed. Democracy is the best bad form of government we've found. To answer the Question of the week, I usually download as I que a few podcasts to listen to.

Good episode. $XXI went public via merger with a SPAC (special-purpose acquisition company) that's where price history came from. I think what you were remembering is the rule of 72. 72÷rate of return equals years to a doubling. ie 10% means a doubling in 7.2 years.

Good episode, I always like a good dose of gratitude from @kenshi and @macintosh. I'm greatful for family and cheap Sats. I recommend Robert kiyosaki's cash flow quadrant book as a good follow up to the original. I'm really looking forward to Bushido of Bitcoin, glad it's finally out in audio thanks to @npub1h8nk2346q… .

Great discussion on quantum! I think doing some updates to the structure of the pod will be good. Picking up sponsors isn't the end of the world. Keep up the good work either way.

Good episode, (even though the host were tired) In Argentina, I don't think the pressure to take money from the IMF or the US is for the election. Milei ran and won on a platform of "we can keep kicking the can and borrowing from the future. We have to make some sacrifices." Maybe he's borrowing money to start mining Bitcoin, even with our recent run-up mining isn't very profitable, but it is valuable to nation states to be able to ensure Blockchain access as well as accumulate Bitcoin. I think hash rate progress recently can only be explained by nation states doing it

If I needed to move to another country to keep my Bitcoin where would I go? I'm super conflicted on the question as a proud American who strongly believes in our founding principles I want to work hard to keep America a great place for my kids to have kids and grandkids. BUT, my loyalty is to my family first, and if taking care of them means leaving the US then "see ya." With all that being said I like Costa Rica, they seem to be on a good place that is sticking a good balance of ensuring safety for citizens and keeping mostly out of people's lives and wallets. Maybe Argentina, haven't been there yet thought so tough to judge. #Asknostr where might others go live?

I agree with everything aldum said, the best money is that which has NO other use, and therefore cannot have value outside of money. Gold jewelery to me is decorated money, other metals and jems make prettier jewelry to me. Gold is valued as jewelry BECAUSE it's monetary premium not in addition to it. My biggest fear/myth is 6102 attack. Not because I fear it will kill Bitcoin, but because it will make my life way harder and force me to choose: face possible arrest or keep my Bitcoin. I think the us and Europe are the most likely to get a 6102 attack.

Great interview, I love the seed signer project. The ability to source components independently stop not only supply chain attacks, but also serves to check signing devices from getting too expensive too.

Good episode that zooms out and looks big picture. Lots of great advice on how one should be preparing financially for a volatile fourth turning.
