Wow criticism of shitty design on a Bitcoin podcast. That's a rarity worth zapping. Now do Bitbox and their lack of an airgap, liquid (and being a shitcoin), Start9 and being a system to dumb people down and convince them that their nodes are too hard to understand, Trezor and being a steaming pile of garbage...
