Mishkin Fitzgerald is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and vocalist known for her bold, genre-blending sound. She first gained attention as the frontwoman of Birdeatsbaby, an orchestral rock band celebrated for its intense, theatrical live shows, which later evolved into the progressive metal act Crimson Veil. As a solo artist, she weaves together elements of rock, folk, and klezmer. Her sound is rooted in her earliest musical experiences, from singing in a church choir to spending time with her Greek-Jewish grandmother, who was an accordionist and pianist.
