On the part about cancer, it's all about proteins. Cancer loves high quality protein (meats) as well as our immunities but still the cancer grows faster than the immunities can neutralize it. The trick is to keep it at bay by taking in the equivalent in the form of low quality plant based proteins, cancer does not like that but eat enough of it and the cancer can stay starved and your immunities strong.
