WHY IS NOT PAYING OUT BOUNTY #9 TO ? Currently, there is a bounty for a FROST Multisig Wallet implementation in the amount of 1 BTC. Stack Wallet started work, in September 2023, on a FROST multisig wallet implementation and has had a compliant version in their app since February of this year. They applied for the bounty and it has been 8 months with no decision from HRF.
