One thing we’re doing in our renovation is creating EMF bunkers, so at least overnight you don’t get pumelled by the cell towers, WiFi, or lights. Paint, mattress, mat, curtains. So at least 8 hours a day you’re able to get some healthy sleep

There is something so powerful about “control of your response” For so long I blamed so many, and so much, for my own problems Once you go “fuck it, that’s on me to get over” things actually shift I own my emotions I recognise them But I know they’re ultimately my responsibility Which once you start working on, goes toe-to-toe with the fact that you are not responsible for the emotions of others Mindset is an investable asset Allocate accordingly 🙏🏻

The beauty of Bitcoin in self-custody is you can be so confident that you actually own what you own Indeed, I argue that I see counter-party risk everywhere when I look at 99% of investments
