Boomers are mostly already retired, I think the bigger economic situation is that they are dying and leaving stuff to their kids. Idk what kind of macroeconomic effect that has, but I bought my daughter a Lincoln Town car for less than 3000 cuck bucks, well below theoretical blue book value. I'm wondering if there might not be some weird deflationary effect as gen x'ers inherit crap they don't want.

Great show, glad you're back, but...Don't swallow the eurocoin propaganda. Your American mind cannot fathom how cucked the average euro is. They don't have a competitor to visa/MC because there is genuinely no need for it, but euros reflexively buy almost any propaganda the ECB shovels at them. The digital euro is a control mechanism masquerading as a solution in search of a problem, full stop.

Great episode. Re: stable coins: why would I save in sTaBlEcOiN when I can save in the hardest money in human history?

Another great show. OTO. Was angry y'all didn't recognize my donation until I realized I forgot to send one. Crusade talk inspired a Deus Vult donation.

Stay offensive, or whatever the tagline is. Also, shout-out to gigawatt coffee. I roast some of my own coffee, but order gigawatt monthly. Best around.

Great show, but a quibble: organ donation is a purely opt-in model in the US. I'm a medical ethicist at a large hospital so this is well within my area of expertise. The ethical issue with organ donation is that it's nearly impossible to opt out once you've opted in... In small pilot trials of opt-out, donation rates actually go down slightly, because it forces them to think about what they're doing. Whereas under the current opt-in model, it's mostly teenagers at the DMV unwittingly entering a binding contract to donate their organs if they become dead by neurological criteria. OTO!

big Mike Obama is credited with popularizing the kony 2012 thing because she posed with a pouty face holding a "bring back our girls" sign. OTO.

There are numerous published papers that associate Roundup with glioblastoma and other cancers in ag workers. Monsanto lost a huge class action lawsuit about this and sold out to Bayer AG because they couldn't afford the payout. Ironic that Bayer is a German company, and makes a ton of products illegal to use in western Europe.
