I make a 5 mushroom mead from shiitake, maitake, chaga, reishi, and cordyceps with golden rod blossom honey. INCREDIBLE! The umami so satisfying. I also suspect the process of tea steeping it and primary fermenting it extracts maximal health constituents from it all. I’ll should plan to bring some at my next tsp barter blanket.
